• Do you have any visual complaints with your glasses at the moment?

• How old is the prescription you use?

• Have you ever had eye surgery / eye diseases? (how long ago)

• How is your health? (Diabetes, Pregnant, recent illnesses.)

• Do you use medication? Can it influence your vision? (Medicine list)

• Do you have allergies? (metal?)
• We are no optometrists or doctors. We only do a prescription check.
• We recommend you to visit an eye doctor or optometrist every 2 a 3 years
• We don't do health checks of the eyes.
